• Arborio rice
    • coconut milk
    • Cocomon spread

    1. In a saucepan, combine Arborio rice and coconut milk.
    2. Simmer over medium heat until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed
    3. Stir in the Cocomon spread, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
    4. Continue simmering for an additional 10-15 minutes until the rice pudding thickens.
    5. Spoon the rice pudding into bowls.
    6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and toasted coconut flakes.
    7. Serve the Cocomon Rice Pudding warm or chilled.
