- coconut milk
- Cocomon spread

- Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS
- In a saucepan, combine Arborio rice and coconut milk.
- Simmer over medium heat until the rice is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed
- Stir in the Cocomon spread, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Continue simmering for an additional 10-15 minutes until the rice pudding thickens.
- Spoon the rice pudding into bowls.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and toasted coconut flakes.
- Serve the Cocomon Rice Pudding warm or chilled.
