COCOMON RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchange within 7 days on full priced items. In order to exchange or refund an item please contact us by email at info@cocomon.com.au  explaining the reason why you wish to exchange or refund, the date of purchase, order number and description of the item. Return the item within 7 days with your purchase receipt included. It is very important that the item has all tags and/or labels still attached (including any hygienic seal protectors included) and is in excellent condition.

If the item/s appears worn, used, dirty, damaged, washed or laundered the return policy will not apply. After receiving the item in good order, we will issue a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable/payable by Cocomon and are the full responsibility of the customer.

All SALE items are final! NO EXCEPTIONS.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Cocomon Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, update and/or change this policy at any time. Conditions of the returns policy will be applied retrospectively to the individual purchases and on a case by case basis.
